Table d'Hôte
One long table
Lunch at keifjezzine is one sitting at one table: Saturday and Sunday at 14:00, guests twelve and up, by request only.

How lunch unfolds
Come early. Walk the orchard, have a drink in the garden, greet the dogs. At two the table is called. What follows depends on the garden and the morning market: mezze, copper pots from the fire, roasts turned over the coals, desserts made with the orchard's fruit.
The kitchen follows the garden
There is no menu and there never has been. The beds and the orchard decide the day's cooking, and the morning market fills in the rest. $60 per person, with arak and beer from the house included.

From the house pantry
The domain makes its own mouneh, as Jezzine houses always have: arak, labné, apple vinegar from the orchard. It is on the table and in the cooking.

These are requests, not bookings. Someone will get back to you on each one.
